Correspondence:	1. received letter from the Leisure and Recreation Fair Committee Fair will be held on Sunday, March 7 from 1 to 4 p.m. Table space is available if we are interested Rob will send a cheque to reserve our spot. letter received from ORCA regarding Canews Magazine our subscription is up for renewal will be able to renew online soon (email Feb.22-28 regarding this) members may subscribe if they wish their own copy
Treasurer’s Report:	as of November 30, 2009 there was [censored] in the account. new president and treasure to set up signing privileges motion to adopt report – Chuck McIntyre] seconded by Al Campbell Carried
Membership Report:	as of January 17th there were 6 paid memberships membership forms available from Dave..fill in front page and keep second page with the Guidelines and Policies for future reference.
Business:	2 pool nights to be set up at Southside Aquatic Centre after the renovations are complete. two courses will be offered: Flatwater Tandem (Level D) Flatwater Solo (Level D) cost will be $35.00 per person for each of the courses Don Nace will instruct both courses will start on the first pool session and finish on Southside pond at later sessions.
Program	Dave Dellano introduced the speaker for the evening…David Masters from Lunatic Adventures Inc. David gave a slide presentation of some of the school outings his company offers in the Temagami Area. He also spoke briefly about living off the grid and the challenges it presents. There will be an open house at Lunatic Adventures in St George on Saturday February 6th ,2010 from 1p.m to 4 p.m.
